Das renommierte Herausgeber- und Autorenteam aus profilierten Gesellschaftsrechtlern würdigt den Jubilar, der als Ordinarius an verschiedenen Universitäten, als Direktor des MPI für Ausländisches und Internationales Privatrecht und nicht zuletzt über seine Herausgeberschaft im Großkommentar zum AktG über lange Jahre das deutsche Gesellschaftsrecht mit prägte.
