Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 346/2000

vom 29. 6.2000 über Insolvenzverfahren ist ein Eckpfeiler des Europäischen Insolvenzrechts.

Die in allen Mitgliedstaaten unmittelbar und direkt geltende Verordnung ist das zentrale Rechtsinstrument für alle grenzüberschreitenden kollektiven Insolvenzverfahren.
